If you keep a boat on Lake Somerville, or you are bringing one for a long weekend, a slip changes the trip. No trailering on and off, no hauling gear to the ramp at sunrise. Overlook Park & Marina has covered and open slips, a public boat ramp, and the only on-water fuel station on Lake Somerville, all in one place.
What we offer
- Covered and open slips. Both are available.
- Nightly or monthly. Slips are $30 a night or $250 a month.
- On-water fuel. We are the only on-water fuel station on Lake Somerville. You can fuel up without leaving the water.
- Public boat ramp. Launching is $10 for everyone, guests included.
- Marina store. The marina store carries tackle, snacks, ice, and supplies.

Nightly or monthly: how to choose
The math is simple. At $30 a night, a slip costs less than a monthly slip for about the first eight nights. Past that, monthly is $250.
Choose nightly if:
- You are visiting for a weekend or a week.
- You are staying in a cabin or RV site and want your boat close.
- You are fishing a tournament weekend or a special event and want a safe place to tie up.
Choose monthly if:
- You keep your boat on the lake for the season.
- You use the lake often and do not want to trailer every time.
- You are on an extended RV stay and want your boat nearby. Our RV sites page has more on that.

Covered or open
Covered slips shade the boat and keep sun and rain off it, which matters if you leave it for days. Open slips suit boats that are in and out often. Availability changes, so ask when you reserve.
How to reserve
Start on our booking page or call (979) 289-2321. A 100% deposit confirms a reservation, and full payment is due before arrival. Check the park policies for cancellation terms.
Launching your own boat
If you have a trailer and only need a ramp, you do not need a slip. The ramp is $10 per launch.
Stay on the property
Many boaters stay with us as well. Cabins start at $120 a night, RV sites at $40, and tent sites at $30. You can walk from your site to your slip. See cabins and stays.
